Hello Media Borough Democrats! Thank you all for voting in this week's municipal general election to elect Lisa Gelman, Tray Herman, and Paul Robinson to Media Borough Council. Your voices were heard in the important judicial races as well: electing Dan McCaffery to the PA Supreme Court, Jill Beck and Timika Lane to Superior Court, Matt Wolf to the Commonwealth Court, Liz Gallard as Magisterial Judge, and Rachel Ezzell Berry to the Court of Common Pleas. We also successfully elected Jack Stollsteimer as District Attorney, re-elected our Delaware County Council persons, and swept the race for Rose Tree Media Board of School Directors. Tuesday was a great day for Democrats across the board. We're looking forward to continuing our work as we gear up for a big 2024. Veterans Day Parade: Tomorrow, Friday 11/10, Media will be hosting the annual Delaware County Veterans Day Parade at 11am. For more information about the parade and the speakers afterwards, visit https://veteranslegacy.org/2023-veterans-day-parade/ . Yard Sign Recycling: Next Friday, 11/17, from 8am - 4pm, and Saturday, 11/18, from 9am - 2pm, be sure to drop off your political yard signs at Rose Tree Park for recycling. All types of yard signs (corrugated plastic, thin plastic, and poly coated cardboard) are accepted.
